Our New York clients took a leap of faith purchasing this Miami Beach penthouse without seeing it in person. Aware of the property's need for a complete overhaul, they entrusted us with the task of a total renovation and fresh interior design. With breathtaking ocean views, they envisioned a modern coastal retreat for their family of six. Upon completion, they flew down for the grand reveal, where they were absolutely astounded by the incredible transformation. This project was a complete gut renovation, fully turnkey, encompassing everything from demo and space planning to custom cabinetry, furniture, wallpaper, window treatments, and full furnishings — both interior and exterior, including the terrace.
