We are currently in the process of redesigning the commercial hallways for 24 Stories in Miami Beach. the building's signature green marble served as the inspiration for a timeless yet modern design that residents and guests will enjoy for years to come.

Our goal is to maintain the building's sophisticated elegance while infusing it with contemporary elements, creating a harmonious blend of classic and modern aesthetics. This comprehensive project encompasses all amenities and common spaces, starting with the hallways and expanding to the lobby, outdoor pool deck, and patio.
